"Animal Instinct" was the first solo offering by Luis Cardenas, who is the precocious drummer/singer/songwriter from American rock band Renegade. Cardenas penned and recorded most of the material for this solo project including remakes of Del Shannon's "Runaway" and The Raspberries' "Go All The Way".
