Meatball Machine Kodoku

Japanese sci-fi horror sequel in which alien parasites capable of making biomechanical weapons out of human flesh invade Earth, and begin turning their hosts into maniacal killers who seek out and destroy each other in a variety of bloodthirsty ways. They become known as Necro-borg, and now the Necro-borg have taken over and are out for a violent, bloody war.
