Michele Soavi directs this cult 1980s horror starring Clain Parker, David Brandon and Barbara Cupisti. When a convicted serial killer escapes from a mental institute and breaks into a local theatre, chaos and carnage follow as one by one the cast of the upcoming production begin to die. The axe-wielding killer, known as the Night Owl due to his choice of headgear, sets about systematically killing the actors in brutal and gruesome ways.
