Today is the day that true passions are revealed, loyalties and friendships are tested and customers are helped. Yes, it's a strange day for August and J. J., mostly because customers rarely get help. With a skip in her step and music in her heart, follow along with August as she navigates the twists and turns that retail often throws her way.
