Let's Start Talking - Español Básico is the second book in a series of conversational Spanish books published by The Language School. This book is to help people speak Spanish at work, in their local communities, and while traveling in the Spanish speaking world, including Latin America, the United States, and Spain. It is ideal for the student to use it with the help of a professional Spanish teacher in private or group lessons with 2-8 students. Once the student completes this book, he or she will have solid conversational skills for speaking with Spanish speakers and adding detail to their conversations. Furthermore, this course takes a deep dive into the difference between SER and ESTAR, but simplifies this concept in a way that makes it easy to learn for English speakers. You will also learn useful information about the culture of Spanish speakers in order to be able to not only speak Spanish but understand the customs of the various countries and socialize with new friends.
