A call he didn't expect, from the last person he thought would ever call him. A dark and stormy night. An old flame, all alone in a remote house she claims is haunted and perhaps dangerous. Edmund North doesn't believe in ghosts, even though he's spent much of his life thinking about them - and he doesn't trust the woman he is supposed to be helping. But strange things begin to happen and he is forced to reassess his beliefs and examine his past. Someone is lying - and the liar may be him.
