General Rachlav of Russia made his career as a powerful military leader that hated what America stood for and what it took from him. The only effective way for America to stop the threat is by attacking those same prisons first and executing all of the maximum-security inmates before they can join the forces of Russia and wreak havoc on the innocent people of America. The thought of a major war between two great nations is a scary scenario that may indeed happen one day. The more frightening part is that Broken Bars takes that scare level up a notch by turning the laws that were put into place to protect the American way of life and using them against the American people.
