Spencer is not your typical high school sophomore thanks to Conner. She's been rendered mute by the invisible muzzle he's managed to force on her after he had his fun. To top matters off, he has the entire school on his side. In walks an unforeseen development: a not-so-classic duo with more than one intention. One is a bubbly hot head and the other is a soft spoken soul. But as she is finally learning to trust again, she discovers that the pair aren't exactly human.
