The Imp London has long been under the influence of mob rule. It is a fact of life that the residents have to accept and deal with. Tim White is an ordinary man living an ordinary life in this city of crime however one night changes everything for him. Imbued with superhuman strength on the same night that his parents' die in a suspicious fire, he sets out on a quest to find the truth behind their deaths. Unable to achieve anything as a regular man, he must become the inhuman Imp and wade his way through the filth of his city to have any hope of getting justice. Starting out small but quickly working his way through the mob that runs the city, Tim White must deal with the fact that whilst some view his actions as heroic, others worry that the Imp may just be worse than the mob rule which he looks to destroy.
