Who would have thought the simple act of a South Carolina State Trooper attempting to pull over a truck with a missing headlight, and the ensuing shoot-out between state troopers and the truck's inhabitants, would lead to a grave holding 36 bodies. Reinstated FBI Agents Colonel Ron Lee and his partner, Tim Pond, find themselves assigned to the greatest mass-murder case in Grand Strand history.
