Name Brand Shoes

A fictional story of a young boy defeating the odds in a low income housing area while living with his family. His family struggles financially to make ends meet. Coming from a single family home his mother tries to maintain a productive way of living. This young boy defies all odds. He battles the normal peer pressures of schoolmates and friends in a desperate pursuit to help his family get out of low income housing, and to fit in. He overcomes poverty with a dream. Plus, he falls in to puppy love at the same time. A loving short tale of a child believing in himself, a friend, and family who supports him. He finds himself going from rags to riches; a true DIAMOND IN THE ROUGH.
