Loss invades our lives on so many levels and we must learn to grieve each of them with respect. Grief from Loss and Trauma are soul hunters. They will haunt our daily lives with fear, regret and guilt. We need to take the time and heal the wounds that life delivers us. Death is a part of our daily lives and it takes on many forms. We must learn from its honesty and allow its lessons to teach. We are born to die and it is time we learned how to be honest with that truth. I hope to help you look at death with a new understanding and allow the much needed conversations to begin. Death wears many faces and hides behind many masks. If we can embrace death;our lives can be lived with a strength that comes straight from within our soul. There is more than one way to look at Death. Death has the power to destroy the living and we must challenge its call. Death - Loss - Trauma all have unseen power because we have allowed them the freedom to live behind our locked doors.
