Epa Promoted the Use of Coal Ash Products with Incomplete Risk Information

This is our report on the subject evaluation conducted by the Office of Inspector General (OIG) of the U. S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). This report contains findings that describe the problems the OIG has identified and corrective actions the OIG recommends.
