The presentation is in understandable language, illustrated where possible, with the avoidance of murky and convoluted confusing concepts. Stripped to its essentials, the message from Spirit is "Live your life and conscientiously meditate to establish communication with your own soul entity. If you do this, the rest will follow in due course."
