Roshan gives black cops a new name as he leads a double life as a Philadelphia Police Officer and a down low notorious street gang leader. He is a heartless hustler, genuine player and a crooked cop at the 13th district in the Overbrook section of West Philly. As Roshan is growing up in the heart of North Philadelphia, he is constantly reminded and taught to keep the legacy of his father (Mike), who was the organizer of the "BBO" (Black Boys Only) street gang by his father figure, Tyco, who was also his father's right hand man in the organization. Roshan witnesses the execution of Tyco as he is shot down in cold blood. Roshan recognizes the murderer and vows to take revenge into his own hands. Years pass and Roshan becomes a man, a ruthless drug dealer and a cop. Nothing would or can stop him now!
