The concepts and principles presented here are based on what we have learned after more than 25 years designing and facilitating collaborative workshops of all types for organizations of all types and sizes, all over the world. And while this is written based on experience in face-to-face settings, much of the content is also applicable to facilitation of online collaborative work as well.
