Reem is a thoughtful young girl who delights in her life with her parents and delights them with her presence. But life has many surprises in store for her and before she knows it she has lost her parents and is left at the mercy of her stepmother and stepsisters. From this fairytale beginning, Eissa Abdullah spins a modern fairytale like no other. Set in the present-day Middle East, the story of Reem unfolds as she overcomes one hardship after another, never losing the kindness and loving nature that makes readers root for her. Eissa Abdullah is Qatar's leading Young Adult author and an active figure on the literary and cultural scene throughout the GCC. Published in Arabic.
