In a futuristic era where a dust-produced neurotoxin has wiped out 90 percent of the earth's population, a desperate father goes the distance to save his terminally ill daughter. Voyaging between underground sectors, they eventually stumble across a physician of the old world, where they then attempt to find a cure and eradicate the disease. Their pursuit is twisted by space time, and its authenticity is questioned when they become stuck in a spiritual realm; eventually, their mission leads them to outer space where mankind's fate is at the hands of an intergalactic council.
