Dr. Ponzi coerces Dr. B. Rayne Fixer into tying Ms. Stinky's tubes and giving her a frontal lobotomy when she is a piglet, or so he claims. As a result of the frontal lobotomy Ms. Stinky's thinking is impaired and she is placed on a lifetime disability pension as a young piglet. Dr. Ponzi, being her guardian administers the pension which of course means Ms. Stinky never receives a penny's worth of slops from it. Years later when Dr. Ponzi gets greedy, he tries to sue Dr. Fixer for not completely disabling Ms. Stinky during his supposed operations, and this brings into question whether or not the operations actually occurred, or whether this is just another example of Dr. Ponzi defrauding an insurance company. Every Village Needs an Idiot Series celebrates the good fortune we have in Canada to always have strong competition for the position of village idiot in every community. In the series we learn about some of the animals that are the strongest candidates for these positions in Victoria, BC neighbourhoods and adjoining cities. Ms. Stinky, Dr. Ponzi, Foxy Ferguson, Luna Tick, Busy B. Ody, Dr. B. Rayne Fixer, Lily Pad, Nipinator, Miss Kitty, Dips Tick and, other characters show what happens when stupidity, a hoggish lack of manners and no understanding of moral and ethics are combined with a healthy dose of arrogance, grandiosity and self-centredness.
