Roller Derby Bout Tracker
Manage your games, goals and prep with this handy Roller Derby bout tracker.
Designed by a skater each bout has 4 dedicated pages:
Bout Goals - We are far more likely to achieve our goals when we write them down. Space for a Personal Goal, a Team Goal, a Mental Goal and a New Skill Goal. Bout Prep - There's always a lot to remember when going to a tournament or bout. This page has space for the Event Info, Travel Plans and includes a Packing Checklist (because who hasn't forgotten armbands or a mouth-guard at one time or another?!) Stats - Keep track of the Official Score, your Penalties and Awards. Reflections - Make a note of what went well, what could be improved on and any other game related thoughts. This is a great page to refer back to when deciding on your next goals.
With enough pages to track 25 events this book can be used for friendlies, scrimmages, tournaments or any open bout.
