The cocaine shipment, however, has ties to ISWA terrorists. The same group that is starting to publicly execute members of a captured DEA/CIA team. And what does a South African bioengineer have to do with it all?

The more Kane and his team investigate, the more sinister the plot they uncover becomes. From a plan for mass genocide in Johannesburg, to a terrorist attack on U. S. soil.
