Tanner The NHL was full of testosterone and excitement, especially when it came to the Stanley Cup playoffs. It was my second year to experience it and I couldn't wait to hold that trophy in my hands and show the world what all of my hard work was for. However, I couldn't show the world my feelings for one of the other players. I didn't think that it would affect anything and nor did he, but we just wanted to keep whatever it was that was happening between us under the radar for the moment. We had big careers that we'd spent our lives working towards and a life ahead of us. Besides, it might be casual with Colton. I didn't want to turn my life upside down and risk losing it all. We were young and this relationship between us was something new. Would it be possible to handle the feelings that were flowing inside of me every time that I looked at Colton? He's got it all. The looks, the girls, the fame. Is there even a chance? I know that keeping these feelings inside me won't help one bit.
