Minister Georgette Reid became a born again believer in her late teens. She has faithfully served in ministry from that time forward. Minister Reid became a praise and worship leader soon after her conversion. She has served in almost every capacity of the local church from organist to assistant pastor. Now Minister Reid serves as the Director and founder of Dier Ministries, Inc. Their mission is to aid the local church in teaching, training, and developing the body of Christ. As a result, these effective and competent leaders are equipped to operate with wisdom and integrity. Through the use of workshops, the ministry deals with issues that plague our society, our personal lives, and of course, the church. The meetings foster an environment for dialogue, restoration and deliverance. One day, Minister Reid and a friend began to take leisurely strolls around a local waterway in Boston. Right away, she discerned that God was drawing her into a spiritual encounter. As was often the case, Minister Reid made daily entries into her personal journal.
