Ever since most of the women of Culpepper Wyoming were stolen away into marriage by pack of gorgeous underwear models after a snowstorm several years ago, Sly O'Donnell has been looking for a way to boost the female population and the reputation of his hometown. He thinks he's finally discovered the way to do it by suing underwear company responsible for the models for negligence.
