No More Crackers, Please
Robin Madson
"No more crackers, please" introduces the reader to Ole, a friendly pet store owner in Minnesota. Presented with good humor, we share in his adventure as Ole travels all the way to Brazil to bring back something colorful for his friends. Children will enjoy the adventures of Jima and Polly, two Macaw parrots; and not even realize that they have learned a lesson on why good nutrition is so important. The reader can appreciate the subtle humor as the state and people of Minnesota are presented in a most engaging manner. Reading should benefit both the reader and the listener, and this book accomplishes that in a most adorable fashion.
