Following the death of his partner, an advertising executive transfers from his home in New York City to unfamiliar territory in Nashville to begin anew. As Christmas approaches, Darin finds his loneliness and depression growing stronger and sets out to a nearby bar for a drink. There, he meets a man that makes his heart skip a beat - a handsome young attorney named Ryan that sparks a romantic interest in Darin and reawakens his heart.
